GROUP CLASSES FOR OVER 50's
Rehabacise offers affordable group classes to improve the health and wellbeing of seniors (aged 50 years and over). Held at our practice in Brighton, classes are conducted by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and are a fun way to exercise and stay active.
Designed to get you feeling fit, moving well and staying healthy, our goal is to help anyone looking to improve their quality of life. No condition is a barrier. Sessions can be modified to suit any injury or health condition.
Our group classes are designed for a maximum of 8 people, incorporating:
Moderate Cardiovascular Exercises- helps to keep your heart, lungs, and blood vessels healthy
Strength/Resistance Exercises- helps to keep your muscles and bones strong and helps make it easier for you to perform daily activities
Flexibility Exercises- helps to make you move more easily. Involves gentle reaching, stretching and bending. Helps to alleviate some muscle and joint aches and pains.
Balance & Falls Prevention Exercises- helps to improve your balance and prevent falls.
Throughout the course of your training, you’ll receive monthly exercise programs that will compliment the group classes so you can optimize your health outcomes and accelerate your improvement.
The best results are achieved through regular attendance. For this, we offer class packs that can be purchased at a discount.
